Our Returns Policy

Time Limits & Costs

You have 14 days to return your order from the date of receipt. You can request an exchange or a refund.

NB: From December 1st to 24th, this period is extended to 45 days.

Returns are free for the first return within Metropolitan France (excluding orders benefiting from commercial offers, excluding workshop prices). For international orders, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.


Conditions

  • Each product must be returned in its original, new, unworn, undamaged, unwashed condition, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse your return.
  • Products must be returned in their original Petitjean Paris box and original outer packaging.


How to return my order?

For Metropolitan France

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request a return slip and indicate whether you would like an exchange (and for which product) or a refund.
  2. Print the label and stick it on the package.
  3. Drop off your package at La Poste or a relay point within 7 days.

For international orders

Send your order back to us with the carrier of your choice, with a tracking number. You must send us this tracking number by email to bonjour@petitjeanparis.com, otherwise we cannot guarantee the proper receipt of your return, and therefore your refund.

Exchange

Upon receipt and verification of the new condition of your return, we will send you the desired new item within 7 working days, subject to available stock.

Refund

Upon receipt and verification of the new condition of your return, we will initiate your refund within 10 working days. Once the refund is validated, it will be credited to the credit card used to place the order, within 48 working hours.

Cases of return refusal

Please read carefully.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Deadline not met. The time between the date you contact us to request the return of the package and the date of receipt of the order is a maximum of 14 days.
2. Product condition. The product must not be damaged (pulled thread, stains, etc.), nor have been worn or washed. It must be returned in its original packaging (box or case) and in its outer packaging (cardboard, bubble envelope, etc.) carefully sealed.
