Delivery
Once the order has been placed, it is shipped within 2 business days. The delivery times are then applied:
Paris - Click & Collect pickup
- Select the Click & Collect shipping method when confirming your order.
- Within 24-48 business hours, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup, with access information for the pickup point.
- You can then come and pick up your order, but not before receiving this pickup notification email.
- Pickup point hours: Mon-Wed 11:30 AM-3:00 PM then 3:30 PM-7:30 PM and Thu-Sun 11:00 AM-7:30 PM, Paris 4.

Special case: In the event of a parcel being re-shipped due to a customer's failure (e.g., parcel at a relay point not collected on time, incomplete or incorrect address...), the customer must pay the actual shipping costs.
